Storyline
From May to July 2003, Raymond Depardon and his team were granted special permission to film the hearings of a Paris court dealing with misdemeanors. Ten years after CAUGHT IN THE ACT, Raymond Depardon went back before the judge to bring us this new civic documentary, a unique insight into the workings of the judicial machine.
